CCA's Architecture Division Lecture Series each semester brings a world-class group of guests to CCA to present their work and interact with our students and faculty.
Through lectures as well as symposia and workshops we strongly believe it is critical for our students to be exposed to the best and most progressive work out there.
Most Architecture and Interior Design lectures are available to watch at the CCA channel on YouTube.
Cinema Visionaries is a unique lecture series designed to bring film industry luminaries to CCA for public lectures and exclusive Film Program master classes.
The series launched in 2010 with a grant from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and is now made possible thanks to the generous support of Carla Emil and Rich Silverstein.
Four by Four
CCA's latest lecture series offers two lectures in the fall and two in the spring. Each of the lectures is built upon one of college's four academic divisions: Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, and Humanities and Sciences.
Entitled Sound & Vision, the 2014–15 Graduate Studies Lecture Series examines the rich landscape of contemporary music and sound art.
In performances, audio lectures, and conversations an international roster of some of today’s most compelling and innovative practitioners and thinkers will present projects and discuss ideas and histories of interest in the aural field.
