Pre-College Summer 2015
Monday, January 5
CCA begins accepting Pre-College applications
Monday, March 16
Priority application deadline
Applications postmarked on or before March 16 will receive first consideration for program selection, housing, and merit and need-based scholarship consideration.
Every effort is made to place you in your first studio selection; meeting the priority deadline, however, does not guarantee placement due to class size limitations and the popularity of certain studios.
Note: After March 16, rolling admissions begins, which means applications are considered as they are received. Applications postmarked after March 16 will not be considered for scholarships.
Monday, April 20
Applicants who meet the March 16 priority deadline will be notified of studio selection, housing and scholarship decisions by April 20.
Monday, May 4
Tuition balance due
After May 4, any application submitted must include tuition, fees, and housing payments (if applicable) paid in full.
You may pay by check (payable to California College of the Arts), Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard. Failure to pay your tuition in full by the deadline could lead to forfeiture of your studio selection and possibly your place in the program.
A late fee of $100 will be charged if the balance is not received by the deadline.
Housing balance due
The housing fee balance and the damage deposit are due by May 4 or two weeks after your acceptance date, whichever is later.
After May 4, any housing request submitted must include housing fee and damage deposit paid in full.
You may pay by check (payable to California College of the Arts), Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard. Failure to pay the housing fee in full by the deadline will lead to the forfeiture of your housing reservation.
