Join Career Development and coach Jenn Lin for a fun and creative workshop that will help you articulate your dreams and calm the inner voice that says you're not good enough to make these dreams a reality.

An award winning coach, Lin's coaching style draws from her extensive training at Coaches Training Institute, Dale Carnegie, Effective Influence T-group, and Buddhist teachings. She specializes in one-on-one career and business consulting for women and minorities.

Lin's 10 Things U Dream of Doing! workshops are taught throughout the Bay Area to help people overcome their inner critic, as she believes 80-90 percent of why people don't succeed is because of themselves.

Before becoming a coach, Lin was a successful interior designer in the architecture industry. She had to give up her career when she became permanently injured from overuse of computers. To reinvent herself, Jenn made a list of 10 things she wanted to do in life. She is currently on her third list of 10 Things.

She received her BS and MA degrees in design and architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her MBA from Mills College.
