Your participation in international student orientation will help you acclimate to life at CCA with greater ease.

International degree-seeking and exchange students are required to attend the international student orientation. International students then attend new student orientation together with all new first-year students, transfer and second-degree students, and graduate students.

Orientation provides specific information about F-1 and J-1 regulations, including on- and off-campus employment regulations, health insurance, counseling, academic advising, learning resources, campus technology, as well as additional resources for how to best adjust to life in the United States—particularly to CCA and the Bay Area.

(Note: U.S. federal regulations require all students on F-1 or J-1 visas attend.) Be sure to bring your passport with visa, and I-20 or DS-2019.
