Building Community

The Panoramic Residences is a 12-story high-rise located at 1321 Mission Street in SoMa. Up to 200 CCA students will occupy the second through sixth floors exclusively, and the remaining upper floors will house students attending the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, offering opportunities for creative collaborations. (The first floor will be a shared lobby -- see below.)

Students choose from two floor plans (each with a full bathroom and kitchen):

  • 2-person studios (274-295 sq. ft.)
  • 4-person suites (3 bedroom units that host 2 single bedrooms and one double bedroom) (605-630 sq. ft., corner units)

Mail

All mail and private deliveries (FedEx, UPS, OnTrack, Amazon Fresh, etc) for Panoramic should be delivered to 1321 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103 and should include the students name and room number. Mail will be delivered to students mailboxes. Private deliveries will be held in a Luxer One locker system at Panoramic and the cost to use this system is $1 for every day the package is stored. If students do not want to use this delivery system, they should have their private deliveries held at the couriers office or they can have the package delivered to Clifton Hall to be held until they can pick it up. Deliveries can be mailed to Clifton Hall at 5276 Broadway Oakland, CA 94618 with the notation "Panoramic Resident" along with the student's full name and mailbox number.

Added Features

The Panoramic will also feature 3,250 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground floor for shared use. Residents will have access to

  • An expansive lobby and common area with a runway, lounge, fireplace, and work areas (controlled access and 24/7 building security)

  • Second-floor common resident terrace with seating and planting areas
  • Shared community space on each floor including gorgeous west-facing views
