The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.
Be sure to bookmark the Academic Calendar to ensure you keep abreast of important deadlines and collegewide events. Also know it is your responsibility to read the college's Academic Policy and adhere to all stated guidelines while enrolled at CCA.
Spring 2014 Add/Drop Period
Online Add/Drop for spring 14 begins Friday, January 17, 8am and runs through Monday, January 27, 11:45pm. During this time period, students can add and drop open classes online. Closed classes can only be added in person at Student Records offices, by presenting an instructor's approval on an add/drop form.
Restricted Add/Drop for spring begins Tuesday, January 28, 8am, and runs through Friday, January 31, 4:30pm. During this time period, all class changes must be processed in person at Student Records offices and instructor signature is needed to add any class. No signature is needed to drop a class.
New Student Registration
Students who have been admitted to the spring 14 term will be advised and registered during New Student Orientation, January 14-16, 2014.
Nondegree Student Registration
Members of the community need not be admitted as degree-seeking students in order to take courses at CCA. Nondegree courses earn college credit and are charged per the degree program tuition and fee schedule. Nondegree courses must be paid for in full at the time of registration, and registration will be on a space-available basis.
Nondegree students can register for spring 2014 courses at Student Records offices between January 21-31, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Extended Education Registration
CCA offers a wide variety of noncredit courses year-round as part of its CCA Extension Program.
