The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.
Be sure to bookmark the Academic Calendar to ensure you keep abreast of important deadlines and collegewide events. Also know it is your responsibility to read the college's Academic Policy and adhere to all stated guidelines while enrolled at CCA.
Fall and Summer 2014 Priority Registration
Fall 14 priority registration for continuing students takes place online through WebAdvisor. Each student is assigned a priority registration online appointment time which was emailed to each student's CCA address in mid-March. Registration appointment times can also be viewed on WebAdvisor under My Registration Priority.
In preparation for your online registration appointment, please review the steps outlined in the Online Registration Instructions.
Summer 14 priority registration for continuing students takes place in person, at Student Records offices, on or after March 31.
Priority Registration Dates for Summer and Fall 2014
March 31-April 1: graduate students
April 2-3: fourth and fifth-year students
April 7-8: third-year students
April 9-10: second-year students
April 14-15: continuing first-year students
April 16-18: make-up registration for all class levels
New Student Registration
Students who have been admitted to the fall 2014 term will be advised and registered during the month of June. Information on this process will be sent to admitted students' CCA email accounts in late May.
Nondegree Student Registration
Members of the community need not be admitted as degree-seeking students in order to take courses at CCA. Nondegree courses earn college credit and are charged per the degree program tuition and fee schedule. Nondegree courses must be paid for in full at the time of registration, and registration will be on a space-available basis.
Nondegree students can register for summer 2014 courses at Student Records offices as of April 21.
Nondegree students can register for fall 2014 courses at Student Records offices September 2-12, the Add/Drop period for fall. Student Records offices are open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Extended Education Registration
CCA offers a wide variety of noncredit courses year-round as part of its CCA Extension Program.
