Student Records

The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.

Be sure to bookmark the Academic Calendar to ensure you keep abreast of important deadlines and collegewide events.

It is each student's responsibility to read the college's Academic Policy and adhere to all stated guidelines while enrolled at CCA.

Unit Requirement for Commencement

Students who are within 6 units of graduation may be allowed to attend commencement before they’ve completed their degree requirements, if they have a demonstrated plan to finish their final units in the upcoming summer or fall term. Students with 6 or less units remaining to complete their degree who would like to participate in the current year's commencement ceremony can contact the Student Records office by February 15 for more information.

Spring 2018 Registration

Online add/drop for spring 18 begins on Friday, January 12, at 12:01am and continues through Tuesday, January 23, 11:55pm. It is always in a student's best interest to register as early as possible; the CCA attendance policy is in effect the first day of class. More information on add/drop can be found on this page.

New Student Registration

Students who have been admitted to the spring 2018 term will be contacted to register in December. Students who do not register during that time, or who need to adjust their spring schedules, can do so during the add/drop period, January 12-23.

Nondegree Student Registration

Members of the community need not be admitted as degree-seeking students in order to take courses at CCA. Nondegree courses earn college credit and are charged per the degree program tuition and fee schedule. Nondegree courses must be paid for in full at the time of registration, and registration will be on a space-available basis.

Nondegree students can register for spring 2018 courses at Student Records offices January 16-19.

Extension Registration

CCA offers a wide variety of noncredit courses year-round as part of its CCA Extension program.
