Academic transcripts may be requested from the Student Records Office. Transcripts must be requested in writing, as a transcript cannot be issued without the student's written authorization and signature. Download the Transcript Request Form (PDF).

A $5 fee per transcript must accompany all transcript requests. A faxed transcript request must contain the number and expiration date of a credit card to which the transcript fee can be charged. We accept Visa or MasterCard.

The regular turnaround time for issuing a transcript is seven to 10 working days. Two-day rush processing is available for $10 per transcript. A fee of $20 is charged for transcripts needed on the same day.

Official transcripts with the college seal will be issued to other institutions and certifying agencies. Transcripts may also be faxed to the student or other institutions and certifying agencies. Faxed transcripts are considered unofficial transcripts and are $10 each.

Consistent with college policy, diplomas and unofficial as well as official transcripts will be issued by the Student Records Office only for students who have fully satisfied all deadlines, financial obligations and who have returned all borrowed publications, equipment, and supplies.

Under no circumstances will CCA release a transcript or a copy of a transcript from another institution.
