In its fall guide to Bay Area exhibitions, Hyperallergic features Closer Reading: Three Bay Area Book Artists at the CCA Campus Gallery. Supported by the San Francisco Advocacy for the National Museum of Women in the Arts, the exhibition brings together work by Vivian Sming, Macy Chadwick, and Kate Laster, spanning publishing, artists' books, and political printmaking. The guide notes how the show draws on the region's long tradition of book arts and publishing. Closer Reading is on view at the CCA Campus Gallery through October 23.
