Open House sessions
Create your own itinerary when you register for the event. Each session is an hour long and can be completed in any order. We encourage guests to take advantage of each of the tour offerings, especially our highlighted tours of our brand new Fashion, Textiles, Printmedia, and Photography studios!
Meet and greet with faculty
Take a break between your tour sessions for a reception with refreshments and the opportunity to get to know CCA faculty members and staff.
Sign up soon—spaces are limited!
Advance registration is required to attend CCA’s Open House. We have staggered tour times in order to reduce crowding, so guests are welcome to show up at the time of their first registered session and may leave after they have finished exploring our campus.
Before you arrive
Well-fitting non-vented N95, KN95, or KF94 respirators are highly recommended. In addition, guests will no longer need proof of vaccination to be on campus. However, all visitors accessing campus and campus buildings are encouraged to be fully vaccinated.

Live in a creative community
Our San Francisco residence communities, Founders and Blattner Halls, are steps away from the campus, the city, and inspiration. Whether you’re a first-year, transfer, international, or continuing student, there’s a home away from the studio for you.
All undergraduate students live on campus for their first two years at CCA, so you can connect with your peers and future collaborators through social events and residential programming. Save with a meal plan in the brand-new Makers Cafe—conveniently located across the street from campus on the ground floor of Founders Hall—for affordable and healthy eating options.
Explore Founders Hall, our newest residence hall for first- and second-year students, complete with a sustainable cafe and a rooftop lounge with sweeping views of the bay.
Blattner Hall is an apartment-style residence hall for continuing undergraduate and transfer students.
